Deep Well Plate is a container widely used in the laboratory for storing and processing biological samples, cell cultures, and other liquid reagents. The design of the Deep Well Plate allows it to accommodate a large number of samples, making it highly suitable for high-throughput experiments.
Compared to traditional flat plates, the Deep Well Plate has a larger depth and smaller surface area, which allows it to store more samples in a small amount of liquid. Deep well plates typically have 96 or 384 holes. This allows it to process multiple samples simultaneously, thereby improving experimental efficiency.
In addition to its convenient porous design, the Deep Well Plate also has many other advantages. They are usually made of high-quality polypropylene plastic, which allows them to withstand multiple freezing and thawing processes, as well as multiple washing and reuse. In addition, this material has good resistance to many reagents and chemicals, which increases their practicality.
Overall, the Deep Well Plate is a very practical device in the laboratory. They greatly improve the efficiency and reliability of high-throughput experiments, making laboratory work faster and more convenient. Therefore, we should fully recognize the importance of the Deep Well Plate and strive to explore and apply its more advantages.
What is a deep well plate?
Deep well plates are used for sample collection, in-vitro growth chambers and long-term storage. Deep Well Plates are square with conical V bottom & alphanumeric indexing. Conical Base helps to minimize dead volumes. These plates come with clear alphanumeric indexing.
Unique plate bottom and raised rim design, ideal for magnetic bead based nucleic acid extraction and other applications
Available at 24 well, 48 well, 96 well format; U-bottom or V-bottom, Square well or Round well
Temperature range from -80°C to +121°C; autoclavable
Certified Rnase, Dnase & Pyrogen Free
Maximum centrifuge speed 4000 x g
Withstands Organic Solvents like DMSO
Low-Retention
The range of large volume plates is designed to meet special requirements. Focused on the combinatorial, environmental and food technology markets, it allows lage volumes of samles to be transorted in recognized ANSI/SLAD format microplates, to allow greater automation. Plates will accept the Porvair universal lid. All plates are manufactured from virgin polypropylene, plate can be heat sealed and stored for prolonged periods at -80 degree centigrade.
48 deep well plates are suitable for storage & dilution and have distinct alpha-numeric designations. Each well bottom has rounded corners and chamfered edges to eliminate dead space during mixing. These plates have the same footprint as our 96 well plates. Polypropylene lids are available.

Plastic centrifugal tube, why choose PP polypropylene?

Centrifuge tube is a common experimental consumable in laboratory. It is used in conjunction with centrifuge to separate and prepare various biological samples.

The suspension of biological samples is placed in the centrifugal tube, and the centrifuge rotates at high speed to produce huge centrifugal force, so that the tiny particles suspended in the tube (such as organelles, the precipitation of biological macromolecules, etc.) are deposited and separated due to density differences.
